Meet Ahmed Kalanda
Ahmed is a joyful 8 year old living Nabusanke village in Mpigi. He brings special joy to his household and loves playing football when he is done helping his mother with all chores.
Ahmed lives with his mother and his four siblings in a humble mud -brick home.His mother works tirelessly washing people’s clothes just to keep food on the table ,though providing consistent school fees, scholastic materials and balanced meals remains a daily struggle. Driven by a big heart, young Ahmed tells every one that he wants to grow up to become a doctor, so that he can take care of his mother and sick children in the village.
