Achievements.

  1. Feeding orphans at Kiburara Islamic school in Kasese on a monthly basis with help from Kingdom rice ltd.
  2. We managed to reach out to Awal Sharif and his family in Kisugu, he was affected by untreated epilepsy and as a result got weak bones that affected his health and growth. We delivered basic needs like food items, diapers, soap and medical support.
  3. Visited school in Jinja that had been affected by fire out break and delivered items that included mattresses to the affected students.
  4. Participated in Hijab walk on 1st February, 2023 with an aim to create awareness of the muslim woman’s dress code.
  5. Donated scholastic materials that included bags, books, pens and pencils to orphans at Habibah-Nakifuma.
  6. We received 1,000 Kgs of rice donated from Kingdom Rice ltd and distributed it to over 200 less privileged people including orphans, the elderly and education institutions.
  7. Delivered eid packages in partnership with I&M Bank and kingdom rice to over 50 families in areas of Luwero district.
  8. The foundation has also managed to participate in different campaigns of Hijab Diaries and mothers of children of development delays. Al waasi managed distribute basic needs to these mothers and their children of disabilities.
  9. Launched a documentary for the first time of single mothers of children with developmental disabilities to attract donations.
  10. The first time Al waasi managed to carry out Qurban campaign where eight cows were distributed different to widows and the vulnerable people of kisenyi and kamwokya respectively.
  11. Visited SISU orphanage in Ndejje on Saturday 2nd December,2023 as our end of year charity activity where we delivered Qurans, food items, soap, clothes, and sanitary pads.
